Like I said before that doesn’t mean young boy. Your first mistake was using a shitty lexicon. Aside from that, Greek in Paul’s time had actual words for young boys (pais) and also pedophiles (paiderastēs). Why didn’t Paul use those words? Because that’s not what he’s talking about. Paidophthoreō means seducer and corrupter of young boys. If you wanted to get the pedophile point across, he had a whole host of words he could have used. He wouldn’t have used one that means something completely different.
