@MmisterNobody Bc property taxes and equity in your home have nothing to do with each other. Even after your mortgage is paid, you still receive city services funded by your property taxes. If your house is on fire, the fire dept will come put it out. Your kids still go to school for free, etc.

@DallasAptGP If they originate them faster, I’m here for it. The whole reason we don’t use the D4 is it damn near takes longer to source than the building does to build. Also don’t like the prevailing wage requirement and no cash out at refinance. So they should fix those while they’re at it
