@ArlaCravendale@cal_baldwin I have used your old bottles for the last 5 years...not a single leak when on the side. Unfortunately I don't have space to store bottles upright, so for me (and probably many others) it no longer works

As expected...no response, just refusal to return my own money... absolute theft. Imagine buying something on a gift voucher (bought what with money) and then the company claiming that it was not real money, but some sort of promotional discount!
@SamsungUK absolute crooks. After battling for 4 months over a broken washing machine, you have finally agreed refund. But because I part used a voucher, you are refusing to refund the voucher amount because you are claiming it was a discount code!
@SamsungUK My faulty washing machine is still under warranty and you have had 5 attempts to fix it, but the issue is still not resolved. At this point the machine should be replaced. How much longer are you going to drag this out? Terrible service
@SamsungUK Spoke to you on DM. Was referred to the customer solutions team....and guess what... still no working machine and they want to visit a 7th time! Why is there nobody who can resolve this ridiculous situation?
@OfficeShoes Biggest scammers! Sent me faulty shoes. Uploaded pictures by web chat and told to return. Now you refuse to refund postage. Long time customer but won't buy again!
@RevolutApp These are scammers! Don't use Revolut! They stole my money 3622β¬ without explanation! Better use WISE, they are decent and resolve issues quickly! Revolut sends the same message like a robot and does not want to solve my problem! They stole my money!
@RevolutApp Just my stolen money back would be nice. Your money is not safe in revolut account ... just search on twitter to see how they treat victims of fraud
@RevolutApp My holiday money was stolen from revolut account and they did nothing to resolve it...so you screwed my holiday. Avoid these guys because you have no protection and they can't spot obviously fraudulent transactions
@RevolutApp Just a card where my money doesn't get stolen would be a good start! Avoid these guys because if you are a victim of fraud then you lose your money
@RevolutApp You still haven't answered my question! Your standard response is "following this link to complain" or "we are a social media team so can't actually help". You are not helping victims of fraud
@RevolutApp Can you explain why you only refunded me 1 of 3 fraudulent transactions that happened on my account? All at the same time to the same destination. I adhered to your policy and the criminals bypassed your weak security and lack of fraud detection. Take responsibility!
