I’ll attempt to extend an olive branch to the boomercons and explain.
Men ~30 and younger have been stripped of the authority and autonomy they would have had in previous generations. There are very few heroic journeys available today compared to your time and the education system forced on them functions as a gynocracy, which means they spent 12 years being treated as dysfunctional for having the male spirit.
Then some feminized middled-aged podcaster or journalist browbeats them for expecting the slightest bit of sympathy or effort to change things.
When you do this, it’s pretty obvious they aren’t going to like or respect you.
They are willing to work hard and make sacrifices. They just aren’t willing to keep pretending that the fake and gay system is acceptable.
7 years ago, I was cancelled by @benshapiro at age 18 because I said he puts Israel first instead of America.
5 years ago, I was cancelled by @charliekirk11 because I questioned his support for mass migration, gay pride, and the Israel Lobby.
Now everyone sees that I was right.
tucker on ted kaczynski: "uncle ted? i think it's very bad to send mail bombs. i'm totally opposed to that. but i'm capable of separating the two. his books are some of the most interesting things i've ever read in my life. basically the thesis is there's a massive cost to technology that we don't perceive and it's entirely possible, in fact likely, that technology will progress to a place where we can't control it and that it will instead control us. and clearly we're there. it's dehumanizing. it extracts a toll from the physical landscape, the environment. i don't think it's crazy, actually. working at citibank and driving in from some depressing suburb in new jersey for an hour and a half in traffic, to work a soulless job that has no inherent meaning whatsoever, to be mistreated by some disgusting series of supervisors in the HR department, and then to schlep home to a wife who hates you because you've been emasculated. that's the experience of millions of people. is that crazier than living in a cabin alone in montana and growing your own food? it's way crazier."
Ladies and gentlemen, the supermarket reaches its apogee. 100% processed food. Nothing fresh. Every single product a plastic-wrapped offence against the life-giving bounty of God's glorious world.
One of the main things that finally allowed my hips, lower back, and knees to finally get over all the aches / pains / tightness from playing football and living in the weight room from 14-20… is the idea that every exercise you perform is rotational
Bench Press? Rotational.
Squat? Rotational.
Bicep curl, lunge, name anything, and it’s rotational…
Sounds counterintuitive. But it’s true. And if you’re dealing with the same things, I imagine this will help you too.
I did everything I was supposed to. I got stronger, I stretched, I did both of those in the full range of motion. I ate better than any college kid I knew, I prioritized sleep, you name it.
Yet still, my hip would pop and be tight. My patella tendon (the tendon in your kneecap) would hurt so bad I’d have to get it wrapped before every football practice just to make it through. My low back would get locked up.
I tried every program out there. I worked for KneesOverToes guy. I tried supplements, meditations, the whole 9. They all helped me, but they didn’t fully fix the problem.
What fixed the problem is understanding that rotation is inherent in every movement.
Our hips and shoulders are ball and socket joints. Which allows them to work in all 3 planes
What helped me is understanding how rotation impacted my body and it’s movements (something you NEVER see programmed in the gym, until someone tears something and has to go to a PT)
We get hurt, we have tightness and aches, when a stress is applied onto our body it cannot safely handle.
And so most people work up and down, side to side, trying to build as much strength and mobility in their bodies - to be able to handle any stress thrown at it - but never training rotationally.
So then when too much rotational stress is applied, they cannot safely handle it.
These relate heavily to the "gait" movement pattern (how we walk, jog and run), which is rotational in nature, but applies to every movement.
Anytime we are running and jumping, when we absorb force (think landing a jump or as your foot touches the ground in a sprint) we want an externally rotated hip, where the lateral arch, anterior metatarsals, anterior tibial tendon and calves are stiff and firm to cushion force absorption for the quad, knee joint, and glutes
And when we release force (think leaving the ground in a jump or as you push off your leg) we want an internally rotated hip, with the medial arch and big toe stiff and firm to provide a stable platform for our legs to push off of
Same thing for throwing, or swinging a golf club:
We load up an externally rotated hip, externally rotated shoulder - and then release with an internally rotated hip and shoulder.
Absorb force = external rotation
Release force = internal rotation
And even the most seemingly up and down, forward and back movements, like a bicep curl or bench press, there is rotation happening.
Bench press for example: the lowering of bar to the chest = external rotation
Raising the bar up? Internal rotation.
When I started thinking applying this to my lifts and stretches, I was able to find the weak points that were giving out in my system.
Start thinking about rotation in your programming. Play around with it. It will change the game.
Instead of listing out, “here’s my top 3 exercises for X” I’d rather you understand principles, which matters much more and the exercises may not apply to your situation anyway.

Summer is a Paradox.
Summer is filled with the most fun but the hardest work
If you have too much fun or get lazy you lose what you planted in spring
But if you work hard to protect what you planted you will yield more
And in the end you finally get to enjoy your first fruits
