@maxfisherRE Typically if they answered they have time even it’s a couple minutes. Keep it simple - Start with your first name, where you’re from and the reason for calling. Takes 30 seconds to a minute. It should be enough of a value proposition to build from.
@MultifamMason Id attend every one or at least a trusted team member. Easier to address something on site vs after the report is completed. Goes for enviro and inspections as well. That 10th time you don’t will be a dead deal.

@fortworthchris I always suggest staggering due diligence items to ensure work is getting done on day one instead of one blanket DD period. i.e Phase 1 Enviro and inspection done in the first 2 weeks and other items 30 days out etc.
@brent_millar3 @fortworthchris Should have structured it so the DD period does not begin until you receive the material. Gives the vendor incentive to get it to you in a timely manner.
