@suchetadalal @nitin_gadkari Yesterday, while driving from mumbai to khopoli at around 1134 hrs to 1159 hrs on express way, I saw lot of trucks plying on the highway without illuminated tail lights. If government decides to stop them and collect fine, govt can earn a huge amount! Nitin ji, pls think over!

There's a possibility that the rope had become weak due to use or probably had some accidental impact from where it snapped. This accident was surely avoidable. The company has done their duty by sending the rescue team.
