This one is seriously cool 😎
You’re looking at real St. Elmo’s Fire captured during a night refueling operation. A KC-135 tanker is refueling F-15 fighter jets when strong electric fields in a storm cause glowing plasma to appear on the aircraft. You can see the blue/purple discharge dancing on the boom, wings, and fuselage.
St. Elmo’s Fire is a natural corona discharge that happens when the air around sharp objects becomes electrically charged (common on ships, planes, and tall structures during thunderstorms). It’s been known to sailors for centuries and was once considered a good omen.
What makes this footage special is the military context. You hear the pilots calmly talking while this eerie plasma show is happening right in front of them.

This stuff always feels like something out of science fiction, but it’s completely real physics playing out in the sky.
Have you ever seen anything like this in person?

A big focus for me while making Soul Chained has been scale, making sure everything feels massive, whether it’s the world itself or the threats you face along the way 💪

@Inverted_Dash@socsoyboy This should be a minor scandal between Platner and his wife. The number of Democrats pretending this should be a major scandal is mind-boggling. Some scandals are disqualifying (Anthony Wiener's, Swalwell's), but texts between adults? Stop with the performative false equivalency.
I stood at this pool, at both monuments and saw both reflections…
He’s a God damn idiot, as are the fools that support him. The “Reflection Pool” wasn’t designed by American architect Henry Bacon a hundred years ago to look like a swimming pool. It’s designed to have a darkened characteristics that has reflective qualities to reflect the monuments.
That way, the Washington Monument is reflective to you when at the Lincoln Memorial, and when at the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial is reflective to you.
It’s designed to enhance the grandeur of monuments, create an illusion of reflection, and inclusion of expansive space of unity.
He’s a tacky vulgar person that vulgarizes everything he touches. America isn’t becoming great, it’s becoming vulgar.

It's called IKUMA: The Frozen Compass
@No_Mo_Diversity@Jim_Jordan And ICE has been too incompetent to arrest these brick-throwers you speak of and instead assassinated a mother turning her car and a nurse rushing toward a woman an ICE agent knocked down?
