Well hello, @GrandIvoryRec.
Even though experience tells me that reaching out here rarely leads anywhere, there are questions that still need to be asked.
First of all, about today’s Panyi I Sea You movie premiere event on 06.01.2026. Why was the fandom not properly informed about how we could support Smart? Where was the clear information about official pages, livestreams, or hashtags we could use to trend and hype his appearance?
I don’t know how closely you follow Smart’s social media engagement, especially on Twitter, but during events, we need every possible tool to show impact. Trending matters. It shows organizers that inviting Smart brings attention, discussion, and reach. I want more Thai companies to notice this and invite Smart to their events or projects.
Smart carries the power of two fandoms, but that power means nothing if we are not given time and information to coordinate. You have an official FC page. There are several large fan accounts, including the international FC, which many of us rely on for updates. Please collect all event-related information from organizers and pass it through your official channels so fans can work together effectively.
Now, since we’re talking about Twitter, let me be very clear. This platform matters.
For many companies, social media engagement is one of the indicators of an artist’s market value. Smart’s Twitter account is currently inactive, and that is a problem. I understand and respect that you don’t interfere with his personal account, but there still needs to be a strategy. Photos, short videos, casual posts, even something silly now and then. Anything that keeps interest alive and helps Smart reach beyond the same familiar circle.
Instagram and TikTok are important for visuals, yes. But Twitter is where real conversations happen. This is where opinions form, discussions grow, and interest spreads. Please stop underestimating the value of Twitter engagement.
Another small but important suggestion. Look at your analytics. Check how many followers Smart has lost over the past six months across platforms. Those numbers should worry you, because they point to a lack of connection and visibility.
And lastly, for the love of everything good and holy, please make sure Smart’s makeup matches his skin tone. Especially his face and neck. This is not a new issue. It has been visible at several events now, both in videos and in person. It’s a small detail, but it looks careless, and it shouldn’t keep happening.
For you, as his management company, maintaining and growing his market value should be a priority. That depends heavily on a strong and supported fandom. Right now, the fandom is small and unfortunately shrinking.
As a concerned fan, I want to see real PR effort from you. I want clear communication between the company and the fandom. I want Smart’s hard work to lead somewhere meaningful. And above all, I want growth for him, and eventually the chance for him to return to the screen and enjoy real freedom in his career.
That’s all anyone here is asking for.
Regards,
Lacuna.

These simple emotions..
Perhaps they were everything to me
When would it be?
When i meet you again
I’ll look into your eyes and tell you
I’ve missed you.” 🤍
