after conversations with restaurants/business owners on 12th main, quite a lot of them pay ₹1000/month to the garbage collectors so their bags get picked up daily. otherwise they won’t collect daily, or properly. it’s a fact. everyone knows this but no one talks about it. this is on top of what the collectors are paid by GBA.
