This was last month at nationals, took my kids and got into watching #figureskating after years of totally ignoring it. Bittersweet that many struggled with their programs at #PyeongChang2018 but I enjoyed seeing how human the skaters are in their individual struggles.

@NBCOlympics Watched her interview and she doesn't seem to think she scammed at all. Her reply indicates that she will be doing her 360, 540, and 720 any day now. She doesn't seem to think she is worse than the other competitors and feels she has comparable skills #ElizabethSwaney

Watched #IceDancing tonight. 4 yo says "mom how come they're not doing the tip or toe?" Lol, that means #tripletoe. Also my kids feel that it would be really smart for #karenchen and #nathanchen to do pairs together. Maybe theyll do side by side tip or toes #Olympics2018

Cont' d...there are sometimes one too many of the odd spin like the dislocated hip spin but for the most part, new scoring system has led to really beautiful programs. #figureskate #OLP2018

I remember volunteering at us nationals and seeing the men skate, it was all the same camel and sit spins etc. I think new scoring system is better, spins are so innovative, men doing laybacks, fast spins, changes of edge, granted there are one too many of the...(#figureskate)
