@AsdaServiceTeam hello I've popped a DM about an order that didn't arrive

[Louise @mum_years]

@AmazonHelp hello I placed am order for a minecraft advent that was estimated to arrive end of this month. I had an email with an updated delivery date of Oct this year to March 2025!?! Can someone help as Obviously I need it for Christmas, not early 2025

[Louise @mum_years]

@mooshimushh @SunHavenRPG @CactusAlien I'd like to know this too. Some timeline info would be appropriate at this point

[Louise @mum_years]

@nextcfficial @nextofficial I hope you can see the scam account that has replied to my query posing as you

[Louise @mum_years]

@nextofficial hi that's 2 days in a row I've received an email saying there's a delay in sending my order that was supposed to arrive with next day delivery. Can you help me find out when it's actually going to be sent?

[Louise @mum_years]

@HelpAtGeorge hello I've sent a DM about a missing returns refund hope you can help

[Louise @mum_years]

@Spotify just got the email that you too will be increasing prices *sigh*. Are all of the plans increasing or just Duo? How much are the other plans increasing to?

[Louise @mum_years]

@HelpAtGeorge Have done just there thank you

[Louise @mum_years]

@HelpAtGeorge hello I received a kids duvet set that had packaging glue on it. When I washed it it's left holes where the glue was can you help with this? I'm also looking to check about George returns with grocery deliveries as my delivery drivers never seem to know about it

[Louise @mum_years]

@AsdaServiceTeam Have sent a DM thanks

[Louise @mum_years]

@AsdaServiceTeam hi my store have called and said they cannot fulfil my home delivery as driver has called in sick. They told me I could cancel through app and rebook for tomorrow but there's no option for me to do that?

[Louise @mum_years]

@HMRCcustomers I am unable to wait for 50 mins plus on the general helpline. Its utterly impossible to get through to you, you make it deliberately difficult

[Louise @mum_years]

@HMRCcustomers hello. Submitted dispute of tax credits over charge on 5th February and no response. Now on 30 working days with not a peep from HMRC except today's payment demand

[Louise @mum_years]

@nextofficial hi is your Ultimate Satin Lipstick cruelty free? No info in the description and live chat sending me in circles

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz Again, not answering my question. I asked if I could subject access request this information, yes or no?

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz hello. We have an ongoing complaint about our local branch who didn't seem to follow proper procedures and put our PTA funds at risk. Since our complaint is ongoing we would like to request copies of specific policies for customers and also for the bank in cashing

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz Info on previous policies since account opening and how any changes were communicated

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz Not really much help. Which just sums up our entire experience with BOS. Funds were put at risk and we've just to sit about waiting on someone calling. We have no complaints ref either. Can the policies relating to our account be accessed through a subject access request? We need

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz We also need to see BOS policies on labelling sealed cash bags as this is crucial for resolving this

[Louise @mum_years]

@BankofScotBiz I cannot find the info on your website and we need to see the policies that apply to our account asap
