@virginmedia I find your company a disgrace, you have disconnected my mother in laws telephone and they’re is no easy way to reconnect it again. She is a vulnerable alcoholic adult, with no phone, she can’t call anyone for help, and it’s all your fault, disgusted.

I have spoken to several people , they have said as her account lapsed by 30 days they have disconnected it. I paid the bill in full several weeks ago. Now she has lost her phone number, and to set up a new account they want to charge her £27 she was only paying £19.99

So annoyed 😒 I received a toilet from @VictoriaPlumUK this morning, it’s broken and I can’t get hold of anyone. Email says they will respond within 7 days and online chat is constantly busy. The toilet seat is missing too. Very disappointed as need it urgently
