A complete shambles of a company. Click and collect order somehow split into 3 parcels. No update on parcel 1 or 2 and 3 is delayed then its not. 30mins on phone queue to get hung up on. 36hr wait for online chat. Whatsapp non existent. Sort yourselves out!
