3. Rpg/c4 damage seems to be very inconsistent

@OutlawScottyTV @RobertsSpaceInd You can certainly just play on mouse and keyboard one of the best pilots i know uses mouse and keyboard, start small ship wise you can buy anything in game a great starter is the pieces if you want to run bunkers or the mustang is an ok fighter for starting ship to ship
