@laurawhispered I use the migraine cooling strips for on your forehead. Although I do take paracetamol/ibuprofen on nearly a daily basis, Migraleve works best for me when the pain gets too much. Fresh air, quiet time and also a caffeinated drink helps me (apparently some caffeine can help)
