@Kinchbus Thanks didn’t appreciate being gaslite at 8am. there were other buses on Baxter gate + passengers waiting for the number 2, my daughter had to get an Uber so perhaps you would like to compensate me the 10.90 Uber fare instead of the normal bus fare and charge it to the council ?

@Kinchbus There should be, this is the timetable and your announcement re the roadworks doesn’t say it’s cancelled it was in the board at the stand until the time and then went off, we tracked the live and the bus went all the way to the rushes

@Kinchbus Do you actually wonder why your ‘losing customers’? A service that for at least 18yrs ran 2 twice an hour, dropped to 1 an hour ‘during covid’ has never returned and now can’t even run at 1 and hour due to driver shortages !

@Kinchbus So number 2 service is now every three hours !! This is a joke to get back from Leicester to barrow upon soar you can get a bus at 3pm or 6pm !

@Kinchbus Brilliant, once again there is no thought to the times or services you are cancelling, number 2 service used to be one every 30 mins for over 20yrs, now they are 1 an hour and you cancel the one that gets into Leics for 9.00am!

@BootsUK Barrow upon Soar pharmacy seems to be experiencing appalling issues, a village store, 4 people working in there, it closes 12-2 everyday and yet they have nothing when you go in, boxes stacked high with no idea where your ordered meds are! 4 days waiting for a prescription!

@Kinchbus It may be an 'inconvenience' to you but its a matter of safety to me, teenagers rely on this service, the times you have cancelled effect the Rawlins children coming out of school to the villages and teenagers getting back from the Leicester colleges.
