@south_railway Yet again a peak hour train (18.00 from Waterloo to Portsmouth) full and standing yet someone has been allowed to bring on a full size bike that is strapped across four seats that are now unusable. No one EVER polices the ‘no bikes on peak trains’ rule.

@HelloFreshUK @goustocooking I have - each time - but all they do is give me a small credit against my next box which isn’t sufficient compensation for the inconvenience caused and doesn’t compensate at all if I want to cancel my subscription.

@SW_Help I have NEVER seen the ‘no bikes on peak trains’ policy policed. Standing room only on a 6pm train from Waterloo and two seats covered plus it has become hazardous for the many people trying to walk along the train to find a seat.

@south_railway @SW_help Every day I get on a packed peak time train and there are non-folding bikes blocking at least 2 seats each also causing a hazard to passengers forced to stand. The are signs clearly saying it’s not allowed but it js never policed. Why?

@Yorkshire_BS As a long term and loyal customer, when my mortgage product came to an end I was horrified to find you offering me higher interest rates on new products versus new customers. Outrageous and downright wrong.

@south_railway What an arsehole guard you had on the 08.14 from Woking to Waterloo. Watched me run for the train, waited until I was almost there, closed the doors. Door to his guard entrance just there and open. Guard on platform asked if I could jump in there. He said no.

@HelloFreshUK Three meals delivered, five ingredients missing including all the meat. None are complete. I’m too unwell to go out and get missing bits. Reported and got a small credit which doesn’t solve issue of no dinner for me and kids - full refund expected at least!
