@RoyalMail I have paid to have a parcel delivered today £10:80 and I had a email to say my delivery would be between 12:20-15:20 which I would of been in then and the post man has brought it at 10:10 when I was not in and know it says re delivery tomorrow how is that acceptable

Trying to get a refund for a returned item from @Debenhams is proving difficult! Says allow 15 days, the item was received back to them 28/12, messaged them and got a response saying someone will be in touch with in an hour. That was 14:20 yesterday 👎

Has anyone else had a problem with Amazon delivery needing a one time passcode to get the parcel from the driver but you haven’t been sent the otp? So the driver can’t leave the parcel I ordered off a hair company and they’ve sent it with Amazon @Amazon UK

Phoned them again to today to be told it takes 10 days! I told them again it’s been 10 days and the bloke said I’ll have a look for an update and email you 😡 lord give me strength they advertise no problem refund on returns on there website @VisionExpress

@VisionExpress are hard work, ordered glasses online and then returned them as they didn’t suit, no email to confirm received back, I’ve phoned several times they have had them back since the 28/10 refund takes upto 10 days it’s been 10 days still nothing!
