दिल्ली: पेट्रोलियम और नेचुरल गैस मंत्रालय की जॉइंट सेक्रेटरी (मार्केटिंग और ऑयल रिफाइनरी) सुजाता शर्मा ने कहा, "अभी के जियोपॉलिटिकल हालात की वजह से LPG की सप्लाई पर असर पड़ा है। लेकिन बहुत सारा कार्गो लाइन में लगा है, और LPG डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप पर कोई ड्राई आउट की खबर नहीं है। कल, हमने कुछ पैनिक बुकिंग भी देखी। लेकिन डिलीवरी नॉर्मल थी... काफी स्टॉक मौजूद है। पेट्रोल और डीज़ल की काफी सप्लाई है। सभी घरेलू कंज्यूमर्स को LPG सिलेंडर भी दिए जा रहे हैं। घरेलू कंज्यूमर्स के लिए PNG सप्लाई 100% है।"

Refineries are operating at high capacity with adequate crude and sufficient petrol, diesel and #LPG supplies, with all retail outlets functioning normally. Panic buying triggered by rumours was addressed through official clarifications, and citizens are urged to avoid such behaviour. The government is also accelerating PNG expansion, directing connections for key institutions within five days where infrastructure exists

Despite some geopolitical impact on LPG, stocks remain sufficient with no dry-out and normal deliveries. Commercial LPG allocation has been increased by 50%, prioritising essential sectors, with most states issuing orders. Enforcement has intensified to curb hoarding, with thousands of raids and strict action taken. Government reiterated that all fuel supplies remain adequate and has advised citizens to rely on official information and avoid panic
