What would it take for a Google Maps PM or even someone from MapmyIndia to enable reviews & ratings for the hyperlocal civic experience and then make the consolidated but pincode level civic score available on the map. I call this a Livability Index.
@manusai Can you create an app which allows constituents to share their hyperlocal feedback about their neighborhood culminating into one universal metric called Livability. The purpose of this is to create competition amongst local bureaucrats/ politicians to do better.
