My Damascus moment came when I was preparing to go to church I bent down to tie my shoes . I farted ,threw up and fell on my own vomit all Infront of my wife and kids . I went back into the bedroom put on a short and went for a jog . Two years later I was 80kg and could see my honorable member I looked at him like a dead beat father who showed up at graduation. Make all the mistakes in the world but dnt grow fat.
