@RapidoCares I tried reaching the support team for the ride history of the past 6 months to be shared in an excel in compiled manner but the team responded to take individual invoices and ended the chat abruptly, which was rude. I do not understand the difficulty at your end.

@RapidoCares I think you've misunderstood my concern. How do we know whether the rider has FASTag or not before their arrival. Basically in the case of riders without FASTag, one will have to pay twice the toll. Can you introduce FASTag available tag in front of the rider name in your app.

@rapidobikeapp Please enable a functionality in your app, where we get to know if the rider has FASTag in place, beforehand and not after his arrival.
In no FASTag case, there is a waste of time (if one can't opt Sea Link) and an extra cost (double fare) associated with it.

@srdomcogbbcr @drmmumbaicr @RailwaySeva Thanks for your response, however my co-passengers, who travel frequently, informed me that the delay happens everyday. Hence I made the request to shift official timing, so that passengers and authorities can plan accordingly.

Traveling in 11139 (Mum to Pune), the train is delayed by 30-45 mins. Talked to a bunch of passengers, who travel frequently, and got to know the delay is an everyday case. My humble suggestion to @IRCTCofficial & @RailMinIndia can we shift the official timing by 30-45 mins, pls
