@RoyalMail how do I report a locker that isn't printing labels. I tried call but was told that the queue was 41 minutes long. There isn't any online way to report this and there wasn't a button to press on the machine to advise of an issue.

It also asks for a witness with loads of additional information. Why can't you have a form for this? The whole process is shockingly bad.

@tescobankhelp when making a regular payment to my Tesco Credit card I am now being warned that the account details can't be verified. This never used to happen, the bank say it's an issue at your end and not at their end. The payment goes through successfully.
