@TommyDeepwater@ThomasD98040 IMHO it's disappointing RIG had to make some concessions on rates to get the deal done in exchange for strategic long term contract to get better utilization off their rigs - I thought the merger was to give RIG clout in the market during negotiations?
@TommyDeepwater@ThomasD98040 is EQNR paying for the MOB on top of the dayrates ? so its not a cost to RIG? so the billion dollar contract includes the mobilization fees EQNR is footing the bill and not RIG right?
@TommyDeepwater looking more and more like a pump and dump with so high a short interest ie all the gains evaporated and shares tanked to less then they were before the announcement LOL
@brobsubeez@J_Pugh_13@Impervious38@counterparthlth@CloverHealth Epic is both an EHR and a decision support on top of their EHR as they have an AI EPIC decision support as well they developed based on working with Kaiser Permanente -but either way it appears CA/HMOs will lose after next yr & going forwards from CMS star revamp/no revamp whack
@Impervious38@J_Pugh_13@counterparthlth@CloverHealth@VivekGaripalli EPIC has 47% of US healhcare hospitals & heathcare delivery systems including Kaiser CA lawsuit against Medicare impact is a possible Medicare overhauling the Star Rating system could make Clover’s CA system less effective if CMS adopts a new, narrower framework shrinking the moat
@J_Pugh_13@Impervious38@counterparthlth@CloverHealth CA miniscule moat and demand could shrink as a result of their lawsuit against Medicare as the impact of a possible Medicare overhauling the Star Rating system could make Clover’s CA system less effective if CMS adopts a new, narrower framework shrinking CA demand even further
@J_Pugh_13@Impervious38@counterparthlth@CloverHealth EPIC doesn't have to 47% of the US healhcare hospitals & heathcare delivery systems including Kaiser Permanente HMO use EPIC in fact the impact of Medicare overhauling the Star Rating system could make Clover’s CA system less effective if CMS adopts a new, narrower framework.
@Impervious38@J_Pugh_13@counterparthlth@CloverHealth Epic spends their time in the space where the money is not in the space where it's a drop in the ocean that is the real difference in the strategies - they are the Ocean not a drop in the Ocean
@VivekGaripalli bottom line the money is in Epic's space not CA space - that is pretty much where from a business and marketing and money making basis one is a drop in the ocean and the other one IS the Ocean called Epic
