This new footage from a higher angle is even more shocking. The police were threatening this man & his dogs, they made no effort to calm the situation. It must have been absolutely terrifying. He loses grip of one of the dogs & it’s then immediately shot as the witnesses cry out in horror at the brutality & savagery of what they are seeing. This needs an investigation @metpoliceuk @RSPCA_official @SadiqKhan @MayorofLondon
