@J411463131512@dollytsu -you would have to be in a 2800 calorie deficit everyday to reach that goal when it’s impossible since an avg person maintenance is 2000+ cals. the only way to lose 10kg of fat in a month is exercising excessively and fast for month which is an unrealistic expectation.
