I have ordered 2 ear buds but the faulty product was delivered and till now no one has reverted me to the replacement of the item mail sent on the same day
@zeptocares@ZeptoNow It is totally unprofessional that i have to go to a brand service center when I have raised the issue on the same day of the product delivery.
So zepto is not the right choice as a delivery partner as of something delivered with fault you have to go to brand.

@zeptocares@ZeptoNow If you are ordering bulk product there may be multiple defective products and your money will be loss so be carefull while using zepto.
@zeptocares@ZeptoNow Zepto is completely irresponsible in terms of owing the commitment, they have asked me to take replacement of the product but now they refuse to take it for replacement.
This shows how they are supporting after delivery of the defective products.
