Amaran: if nampak mak ayah korang makan ubat ni tolong ambik dan buang. Ubat ni berlegar di tiktok, facebook, shopee etc kononnya bagus untuk sakit sendi, sakit lutut etc. Sebenarnya ada steroid dan ubat tahan sakit. Tak lulus KKM. Ada yang meninggal disyaki makan ubat ni.

Rasa struggle sgt nak didik anak. Made me think i overthink ke or memang betul we have issue somewhere yg kena troubleshoot. Anak baru darjah 1 but ya Allah it’s so hard in terms of communicating, connecting, setting rules and boundaries, establish and stick to routines.
