This movie broke me because she wasn’t trying to rob the bank she was just a mother who had finally run out of options. 😭 Taraji made that desperation feel painfully real.
🎥 Straw
I really hope someone explains this in a way that proves this incorrect.
In Logan, the movie tries to convince you that Logan's healing factor was failing because the adamantium on his skeleton was slowly poisoning him over decades. But in X-Men: Days of Future Past, Logan lived well past the 2020s in the original timeline with his healing factor operating at peak performance. The adamantium didn't poison him, his body just gave up because the writers needed a reason for him to die in a forest.
THE LATE STUDENT
Ken jumped out of the car, grabbed his bag and rushed toward the hostel.
He dropped his belongings and hurried toward the parade ground.
He was almost there when a voice stopped him.
“Hey! Sabo!”
Ken froze.
He slowly turned.
Sergeant Mona stood at the edge of the male lodge with three privates.
“Sabo! Where do you think you’re going?”
“Sabo” was the soldiers’ slang for an errant or late student.
Ken considered running.
Then he noticed the three privates surrounding him.
He sighed and stood at attention.
Sergeant Mona approached him.
“You will learn how not to be late for parade.”
He removed Ken’s beret and walked around him with his hands clasped behind his back.
He inspected every part of the uniform.
Other late students began emerging from the hostel.
They were immediately rounded up.
“Take off your khaki shirts and boots.”
The students obeyed.
Soon they were standing barefoot in their camouflage T-shirts and combat trousers.
“You will do your parade with us the hard way.”
The punishment began.
The late students were ordered to march beneath the afternoon sun.
They continued until the first set of classes had ended.
“Sabo! You’re lucky the Commandant didn’t catch you,” one of the privates mocked.
The students were then taken to the training ground.
Their punishment continued through manual labor.
They were divided into groups and assigned different tasks:
Digging trenches, Constructing sand barriers, Filling sandbags for defensive positions, Clearing old trenches, Cleaning drainage systems.
Ken worked without food.
His stomach growled, but he kept digging.
I honestly think Thor could become one of Doctor Doom’s most interesting opponents.
Not because Thor is simply powerful, but because their beliefs are almost complete opposites.
Thor spent years learning that real strength comes with responsibility. Doom, in my opinion seems to believe that real strength means having enough power to control the outcome.
That’s why I think their eventual conflict could be much deeper than a typical hero vs villain fight.
If Doom gains power that even Thor struggles to overcome, Thor may be forced to confront the exact philosophy he spent his life growing beyond.
And honestly, I think that could make Thor one of the few Avengers who truly understands what Doom is trying to become.
But if Doom’s absolute control could actually create peace, would Thor still be right to stop him?

When the Marvel Rivals roster finally drops their government names and you realize Hulk is just a walking health bar with anger issues.
Black Panther out here with the resume. Iron Man putting bump power on himself like the rest of us putting extra cheese. Spidey swinging through life with 90 focus and a secret identity. And Monster Hulk… 210 health. That’s not a character. That’s a building.
Which one are you locking in? Be honest.

THE MASTER'S CHOICE 5
Steve stood between the two doors.
TRUTH. FREEDOM.
The whisper behind him came again. “Choose.”
Steve remembered his father's warning. He could only open one.His hand moved toward TRUTH. Click. The door opened.
A long corridor stretched before him, illuminated by flickering blue lights. At the far end stood a man in a black suit, his back turned.
“Come closer, Steve.”
Steve stopped. “How do you know my name?”
The man slowly turned.
Steve's heart nearly stopped, then skipped many beats. The face staring back at him was his own.
Same eyes.
Same scar above the eyebrow.
Same expression.
Steve stepped backward. “Who are you?”
The man smiled. “I am the Master.”
Suddenly, the corridor disappeared. Steve found himself standing inside a room filled with photographs, exactly like the ones upstairs.
The Master walked toward him. “You have spent your entire life believing your father abandoned you.”
Steve clenched his fists. “He did.”
“No.” The Master pointed at a photograph.
It showed Steve as a child. Beside him stood his father. And behind them stood the Master.
“I didn't destroy your family,” he said. “Your father made a choice.”
“What choice?”
“To protect you.”
Steve stared at him.
The Master continued, “Twenty-five years ago, your father discovered what you truly are.”
“What am I?”
The Master smiled. “The key.”
Suddenly, Steve's hand began glowing faintly. He dropped the key. It landed on the floor.
Nothing happened.
The Master laughed.
“You still don't understand. The key isn't the object.”
Steve looked at his own hand.
“The key is you.”
A violent tremor shook the room. Then the door burst open.
Steve's father rushed inside. “Don't listen to him!”
The Master turned. “You're late.”
Steve's father raised a strange silver weapon. “Steve, run!”
The Master lifted one finger. His father froze.
Steve stared in horror as his father slowly turned toward him. Then his father's face changed. The eyes became completely black.
Steve whispered, “Dad?”
The Master smiled. “That isn't your father.”
Steve's blood ran cold.
The figure laughed. “I've been your father for twenty-five years.”
Steve looked toward the photographs. Every picture of his childhood suddenly changed. The man standing beside him wasn't his father.
It was the Master.
The Master stepped closer. “Now you remember.”
Steve's mind exploded with memories. A laboratory. A burning building. His real father screaming. And a little boy, Steve, standing before the Master.
Then the Master whispered: “You didn't return here, Steve. You escaped.”
Steve looked at him in disbelief. “From what?”
The Master smiled. “From yourself.”
Then every light went out. When they returned, Steve was standing alone. And the Master was gone.
But on the floor lay a photograph. It showed Steve sitting in the underground chamber.
