@USCIS Please look into the cases that are still stuck with approved and current EB2.
Case has been stuck for 2 years, meanwhile EB1 - I140 under process. This should not hold back GC under EB2 category

@USCIS I have my I140s for EB2 and EB3 approved and my EB 2 is current since Feb,22.
My case is not yet transferred from SRC to NBC. May be because my EB1 140 is still processing. This should not be the case. Please help me.

@USCIS Please provide an update on 2020 EB3 downgrade cases for which an interfiling to EB2 was filed this year. Are those cases in consideration for processing as the number are huge but no progress on them made yet

@USCIS Like the intent but no progress on 2020 Oct filings most of which are documentation qualified. Without data on progress and pending cases these tweets doesn’t generate any confidence for people waiting for over 2 years for USCIS to act on it.
