Os dejo la entrevista que me ha hecho @JesusCortijo_6 para @SerRadio90, donde hemos hablado de computación cuántica, la investigación en España y por qué no hay que dejarse llevar por el pesimismo que parece que copa las noticias.

I am offering a PhD contract funded by the Spanish PIF2024 programme (old FPI) on quantum sensing with open light-matter systems!⚛️
If this sounds interesting and you want to apply, you can do so at the following link:

Deadline is Aug. 25! Please share!
New pre-print on the arXiv!
We show that programmable photonic circuits improve the quantum metrological advantage of probe state generation and measurement protocols without increasing the needed resources.
Check it out! https://t.co/ILkeX0IMWg
A new Quinfog manuscript in out in arXiv!🔥
📜 "Improving quantum metrology protocols with programmable photonic circuits", by A. Muñoz de las Heras (@munozdelasheras), D. Porras (@D_Porras_Torre) and A. González-Tudela (@agtudela) @iff_csic

Overall, our work demonstrates that, in the context of photonic quantum metrology, optimizing programmable photonic circuits allows to find efficient ways of employing the available resources to maximize the metrological advantage of probe states and measurements.
Cristian Tabares (@T_L_Cris) and Alberto Muñoz de las Heras (@munozdelasheras): the Quinfog representation at the Central European Workshop on Quantum Optics in Olomouc🇨🇿!! @iff_csic
From @queen_of_fog, @munozdelasheras presents his collaboration with @agtudela and Alberto Amor on driven dissipative nonlinear enabled localisation phenomena
➡️ Non-reciprocity, topology, amplification... So many cool concepts meet in the paper we uploaded last week to the arXiv. 😁
Sooo... let's talk about it in a thread! 🧵
A new Quinfog paper is out in the arXiv!🔥
"Topological, multi-mode amplification induced by non-reciprocal, long-range dissipative couplings" by C. Vega (@charlie_quantum), A. Muñoz de las Heras (@munozdelasheras), D. Porras (@D_Porras_Torre) and A. González-Tudela (@agtudela)
Happy to share with you the announcement of the second edition of the QTYR workshop! Organizing and witnessing its success last year was an incredible journey, and I'm thrilled to invite you to join us again this summer.🙌

El investigador e integrante del programa #ComFuturo, Alberto de las Heras, desarrolla su proyecto en
@iff_csic, donde trabaja para conseguir nuevas interacciones entre luz y materia que se traduzcan en ordenadores cuánticos más robustos.
