It's been this way for years so can't really see it changing, but really feels like a lost opportunity. While the Kindle hardware improves, the sharing and content management aspects are clunky and could be hugely improved.

Would be great if there was an API for this too so that things like managing which content is shared can be done programmatically, and services like @hooplaDigital could deliver eBooks more easily (though it's not too bad atm, redirecting to Amazon and requiring one click to add)

Would really like to see this operate the same way as a teen shopping account where my daughter has her own library, can browse the Kindle store and request approval to purchase books, and directly borrow ebooks from the library to add to her Kindle without my interaction.

Can't see which books are shared with which family members. The web interface for managing content is super basic and has no way of filtering the list.

No way for a teen account to have their own separate library. My daughter is too old for Amazon Kids but can't have her own separate library on her Kindle. Only options are to use my login and see all my content or switch to a kids profile and use Amazon Kids. No in-between.

Love my Kindle, but I think the user experience beyond a single person is absolutely awful and a lost opportunity. Especially within an Amazon household.

My Lenovo T16 decided to go crazy today. Finished a windows update this morning and would hang after reboot and login. Rolled back last update, no luck. Reset windows, and now randomly blue screens and hangs. Might need to reinstall W11 this week but suspect a hardware failure.

Haven't seen this error before when checking out on Amazon, and was a little annoying having to go through the entire process again. In recent months, there have definitely been more problems than usual with their website (timeouts, products not adding to cart, etc)

@R122LE Haven't had that experience with my S21U fortunately, not so far anyway. Updates have been pretty good. Know what you mean though. My LG V20 was like that and got progressively worse with each update until it was completely unusable.

@jamaruuuu Absolutely! It was the best SVN client out there. Have since moved to TortoiseGit, but am the only person I know who uses it. Tried all sorts of other git clients but always come back. Love the simplicity and Windows integration.
