Some ppl are just good at teaching, not writing blogs or reading books or leading or managing or tweeting or presenting or knowing every piece of research that's ever been written. And those good teachers - respect them and just let them teach cos the kids don't know or care about the rest!
Another behaviour thread: Why tactically ignoring is often a bad idea.
Scenario: A student is committing a minor infraction in the lesson. Rocking on their chair, chewing gum etc..
Teachers are commonly recommended to tactically ignore small infractions like these..1/13
@ScottPughsley One time some Year 11 pupils gave me a leaving present in a bottle bag. I stepped out into a crowded corridor and the bottom of the bag broke. Red wine bottle duely dropped and smashed all over the floor at 10:30am..
