@fitbit I'm on my 4th Fitbit since February 2018, all of which have had a fault with lines across the screen. Sort yourselves out & give me a refund. Your products are not fit for purpose #disappointed

@AskNationwide So..... we were on a plan that caught fire. We had to get new flights to New York. We rang & you gave us permission to book the flights. Put in an insurance claim and you've been chased every week since the beginning of July. Still no payment!!!! #badservice
