@hiattb I would also add that U.K. blues players recording blues compositions actually benefited the composers through royalties payments. The performances by U.K. blues players highlighted and raised the profile of musicians who many US citizens hadn’t heard before, & Press ignored.

@hiattb You really don’t understand music do you ? It’s collaborative & expressive Art, songs especially blues are played out of respect for the original not as competitive sport. Far more Respect was shown to the Wolf & other US blues players in U.K. than in the USA .
