This has come on the heels of incidents published by @BBCAfrica #AfricaEye where Charles Mwesigwa a pimp in Dubai, connived with fellow pimps in Uganda in trafficking Ugandan girls for sex in Dubai. This is going to affect the labour export industry, tour operators and a big section of the business community. The country now needs a strong and devoted foreign affairs mission to begin talks with the UAE leadership to lift the ban. Whereas Mwesigwa made Uganda popular for the wrong reasons, it's unfair for every Ugandan with good intentions of travelling to Dubai to take all the shots meant for Mwesigwa and his group.
