Thanks so much @kynect_ky and @KyDCBS for the 2 hour and 34 min hold just to HANG UP and disconnect me without even trying to fix my ongoing issue. Hey @AndyBeshearKY I’m on DAY 3 of trying to get my issue resolved on my case, which every case worker agrees should be reinstated!

Been trying for three days now to find out why my QHP benefits were removed, when everyone I can speak to says they agree it’s been removed incorrectly. This wait time to contact a case worker, for whom no direct line exists, is unacceptable.
