@DanKnightly Why do you have to move anyone? What if Zegras and Barkey move to full time center? Could work. A healthy Tippett, Martone with some weight on him, healthy foerster, michkov pissed off and ready to prove something, Dvorak would be a great 3rd line center.
@AntSanPhilly@OnPattison You don’t want to admit it but the head coach caused a lot of the uproar. He needs to work on his preparation for interviews. He just likes to hear himself talk.
@EricReeseFN Do you think he would of broke the record if he were used as a third line checker until he learned to check and didn’t have a chance to play on the PP?
@JameyBaskow Just a spoke in the wheel. No one can be bigger than the team. Martone needs to prove he is a third line checker, Vlader needs to share the net for the Crest and Drysdale needs to be a stay at home defenseman first and foremost. All the insiders are saying it. Sorry, I had to lol
Thanks for leading the team in scoring post Olympic break & helping the team make a remarkable playoff push, Matvei.
We’re gonna give you 10 minutes a night, barely any PP time & a few health bombs in the playoffs & wonder why you’re playing with no confidence out there.
For the first time in months. Finally, a person that gets it with Michkov being on the 3rd line.
The 3rd line is a checking line. There are roles in hockey, and Michkov is not a checker.
Do I blame Tocchet, no, but Michkov is a checker. That's what his role isd at the moment
Going into a must-win game, Matvei Michkov is put with Barkey & Grundstrom, and plays a team-low 9:29…
Mich played 6 minutes less than Glendening… 9 minutes less than Coots…& played less than Hathaway.
Also had a team-low 12 shifts.
Still tied for most shots on goal (2).
@NBCSPhilly Coach riding the same guys that can’t get it done is stupid. Michkov had the lowest icetime time. He wasn’t out 5 on 3. Maybe michkov sucks but my god give him a chance!!
