हमारी मांग है कि इस गंभीर मुद्दे से जुड़ी SIT की रिपोर्ट एक हफ्ते में आनी चाहिए।

लेकिन अफसोस है कि SIT में उस अधिकारी को जांच की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है, जिसके ऊपर खुद महाकुंभ में मची भगदड़ से जुड़ी जांच चल रही है।

ऐसे में साफ है कि BJP सिर्फ खानापूर्ति कर रही है।

Today's Telegram ban is proof of why an indigenous social media or messaging app can never grow in India.

If @durov was Indian, he would be in jail along with his entire team and his entire infrastructure seized because a question paper was supposedly leaked on Telegram. It would have taken a few months to get bail. Line of FIRs stretching to Kanyakumari. Court cases dragging on for a decade or more. TV channels would have gone to town with all kinds of consipracies of how Soros is involved.

We have vaguely written laws, open to the worst interpretation and bureaucratic overreactions. It's not a stable foundation for anyone to build on.

The same applies to now AI. Anyday someone will be offended in this country by anything an indigenous AI generates in text or images and the founders can find themselves in jail and fighting court cases.

That’s the first step to call yourself Indian. Period.

Even a pet dog needs registration these days, as per Municipal rules. Because, its health has to be monitored, lest it spreads rabies in the Society.

By not having a PAN of its own,

not submitting itself to registration, lawful identification,

the RSS is creating a space for BLACK MONEY, FINANCIAL CRIME and FRAUD.

And ofcourse, RSS has got nothing to do with ‘Hindu Religion’, as there’s no such thing called as Hindu Religion. It was always, ‘Vedic Religion’.

Mohan Bhagwat should tell the World, which of the four Vedas (Rigveda, Samveda, Yajurveda, Atharvaveda), bear the word ‘Hindu’ or the phrase, ‘Hindu Religion’.

It was and is, ‘Sindhu Sanskriti’ or Indus Valley Civilisation. It is an agrarian way of living in the subcontinent, influenced by the Monsoon winds.

It is the foolishness of the Congress (which ruled predominantly till 2014) to let these COMMUNAL TERRORISTS operate freely, without registration, since 1947.

My letter will reach you shortly. However, I thought it was important to draw your attention to this matter early.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.

An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.

As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.

With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.

If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?

In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.

As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

Dear lordships,
- 100+ RTI users have been killed for exposing corruption & thousands attacked and harassed- SC is silent.
- ⁠The Whistleblowers Protection Act passed in 2014 not implemented till date- SC is silent.
But every few days the SC berates RTI activists and calls them names- cockroaches, busy bodies, and today the Court is asking who are citizens to monitor public works! Perhaps your lordships need to be reminded that in a democracy citizens are sovereign and tax payers have a right to know how their money is spent. Courts should deal with individual cases on merit without passing derogatory remarks about those who hold power to account.
