The Tribunal’s supplemental notice of December 16, 2025 names Dolan as a prime defendant in a criminal lawsuit to be launched in January 2026. At least eight other Catholic prelates are named in the suit, including Robert Prevost, aka ‘Pope Leo XIV’.

But this latest lawsuit will introduce a plethora of new evidence linking Dolan and Prevost to a hitherto unknown series of murders and heinous crimes against children and church insiders spanning New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

One of these involves Dolan’s apparent order to kill Joe Moreno, a Buffalo, NY priest who had documented evidence of massive child trafficking and torture in his diocese. Moreno was on the verge of sharing the evidence with the FBI when he was found dead in his church office with two bullet wounds in the back of his head which the police ruled “suicide”.

According to a source in the New York Archbishopric,

“This isn’t just your typical house cleaning and face lifting. The word came from Rome and Washington to cut any tie between Dolan and the New York diocese. There’s just too much crap clinging to him there, not the least of which is the Moreno thing.”

Citizens put Catholic Church on Trial for Crimes against Humanity

A Citizens’ Tribunal will be convened in the United States in the new year. Its purpose will be to investigate and bring criminal charges against officials, clergy, and adherents of the Roman Catholic Church, including the highest clerics of the Vatican.

The Court’s mandate will be to gather evidence to indict and criminally prosecute officials, clergy, and adherents of the Roman Catholic Church who are responsible for or complicit in homicide, crimes against humanity, child trafficking, rape, and murder, fraud, money laundering, criminal conspiracy, and other charges to be determined by the Court.

Because of the failure or refusal of the police and courts in America to investigate and stop these church crimes, the Tribunal will by necessity function as a de jure Court of Record under International Law. It will have the power to lay criminal charges, issue subpoenas, conduct trial proceedings, and lawfully enforce its verdict and sentence. The Court will be based in the City of Buffalo, New York but will operate anywhere in the sovereign territory of the United States of America.

The Court will operate according to the judicial norms of the common law and the American trial by jury system. It will be assisted by ICLCJ magistrates and peace officers and attended by international observers.

T he day we turned the tables on child killing churches: Historic footage of the church occupation that forced out the truth

After years of protesting and petitioning for justice, the survivors of the ‘Indian residential school’ death camps raised the stakes on March 16, 2008 and began seizing the Catholic, Anglican and United churches that killed more than 60,000 indigenous children.

This historic footage of the first of these occupations features traditional Squamish chief Kiapilano, who legally evicted these churches from his territory across Vancouver; Kevin Annett, who was made Kiapilano’s legal agent to enforce the evictions; and three survivors who were subsequently murdered by the police and in St. Paul’s hospital after leading other church occupations: William Combes, Bingo Dawson, and Ricky Lavallee.

Less than two weeks after this first church occupation of the Catholic Holy Rosary Cathedral in Vancouver, the Canadian government admitted that children had died in large numbers in the ‘Indian residential schools’ and announced a “truth and reconciliation commission”. But the cover up of these crimes by Church and State continued.

Building on these church occupations, traditional elders from nine indigenous nations have recently banished the Catholic, Anglican, and United churches from their lands and are reclaiming the wealth, lands, and buildings of these genocidal churches.

An Open Letter from one of my bodyguards: Now that I have been threatened with death by slow torture, this is the time to stand with me!

Hello Mr. Shaun Attwood and others,

I am the man Kevin referred to on your May 17 program. I am the one who guards him now. My name is Josef and I am a former army commando and special operative who has guarded Kevin for some years now.

I am writing to you in this open letter that I hope you will share with many others.
Kevin did not ask me to write this, he doesn’t even know I am writing this. Kevin would never say to you what I am about to say, because he never thinks about himself or asks for help; he is always thinking of others and fighting the higher battle to which he was called.

This past week, one of the Vatican killers threatened Kevin to his face and told him that he would be cut up and slowly tortured to death in a Ninth Circle ceremony if he carries on with his work. The killer wasn’t lying. He is a high ranking member of the Catholics’ Knights of Columbus who has assaulted our aboriginal supporters. Kevin has already been beaten, poisoned, jailed, and nearly killed by these same child murderers. And those thugs will never stop their attacks on him because they know that Kevin will never give up.
 
Kevin is braver than any man I’ve ever met, even in combat, and I’ve been in wars off and on since the 1980’s. He is going up against the biggest and bloodiest power on earth without any guns or money, armed with nothing but the truth and his own strength of heart and mind.
But even his selfless courage and my protection of him won’t stop these Vatican killers if they are determined to see him gone. They want Kevin dead especially now, because Kevin is getting very close to their deepest secrets and every day he is more and more confronting the Vatican enemy to its face.

What I want to say to everyone who supports Kevin is that he and the cause he leads need a lot more from you now than just your prayers and kind words. We are facing death every day against overwhelming odds and we need a lot more reinforcements in this fight.

And yet, can you believe that, of the over 300,000 people who viewed one of the recent Shaun Attwood interviews with Kevin, only three people have offered to join our campaign and actually do something to physically stop these child killers? That’s only .001% of you!

That pitiful response is good news for the Vatican killers and bad news for all those children, and for Kevin.

In our combat training we were taught that whenever a commander falls in battle while leading his troops, the next man in line must take up that command role and carry on the fight, or he has betrayed the fallen leader and the cause for which he died. 

So let me ask all of you: what if Kevin dies tomorrow, or disappears, which is very possible? What will all of you do then to carry on what Kevin began and is giving his life for?

I know that most of you won’t do anything. You’ll probably feel sorry, or downhearted, or afraid, but you won’t pick up the fallen flag Kevin bore and carry on like he has done so valiantly for so many years.

But, some of you may step forward. And those are the people who I am speaking to. It is time you stand alongside Kevin in this epic battle and not be just his “followers”.

Don’t wait until Kevin dies before you step forward. Do it now.
If even ten of you do as Kevin does and never stop, you will see the whole bloody pile of Vatican filth fall and many children will be rescued and set free. And then all mankind will shout a cry of joy and breathe the fresh air of liberty again, because they know they will have a future since their children will finally be safe from the worst killer in history.

You know what must be done. You don’t need more information or talk or interviews. You need to join this fight.
