Karunyan’s offensive front hides a soft meow looking to lather his affection onto someone. His whimsy may seem fleetingly random, but he is staunchly astute in choosing his favored humans, of which there are now four.
Although Karu’s energy while dancing is greatly similar to Taemin’s, Karu tends to incorporate more wild, unstructured abandon in his movements. His aura is less controlled hedonism than primal sense-state.
Karutriever and Karunyan represent a comedic dichotomy in Karu’s personality. While Karutriever is a simping, affectionately loyal hound, Karunyan is an asshole.
Karu and Yata have an implict agreement to sneak vegetables and healthier options into Fushimi’s diet. As much as they squabble and bicker, they’re both surprisingly cooperative and diligent about concocting nutritional meal schemes.
Geraldine can sustain herself outside of water provided Karu raises a bubble of seawater for her, or the humidity in the air is above 60%. The latter can be maintained with regular misting to her gills as one would do so to a plant.
Geraldine can adjust her size at will, but in her truest state, she is rather massive—around 8 meters long, bigger than the largest great white known to pleb—I mean, mankind.
Karu met Geraldine when she was an adolescent, and they bonded over a vicious maiming of another dinension’s military submarine (no humans were killed in this incident, although some were seriously injured). Geraldine hated submarines, and Karu hated the military.
Karu hates having short, cropped hair, preferring to have a boyish set of wispy puffs atop his head at all times.
(...He thinks he looks more attractive that way, and he’s right.)
Karu prefers salty, briny, acidic flavors the most. Although he dislikes bitter flavors the most, it’s one of his most-consumed flavors because he’s a masochist.
