"I slept 9 hours" is not a recovery metric.
Recovery is:
— HRV above your 7-day baseline
— Deep sleep >20% of total
— REM cycle completed at least twice
— Resting heart rate within 4bpm of your personal floor
Duration is the easiest thing to measure.
It's rarely the whole story.
"I'm just not a morning person."
Maybe.
Or maybe you've never understood your chronotype.
Your body has its own natural rhythm.
Sleep Coach helps you discover it - so you can start working with it, not against it.
Dear Diary,
The Sleep Coach says that the harder you try to sleep, the longer it takes.
I have been trying very hard for 66 million years.
This explains a lot.
