Hedera, Chainlink & Avalanche Leads RWA Development

Hedera (@hedera) has retained the top spot in the latest Real World Asset development rankings.

Chainlink (@chainlink) and Avalanche (@avax) followed in second and third place, while Stellar (@StellarOrg) climbed to fourth.

The rankings track development activity and monthly movement across leading RWA focused crypto projects, according to Santiment.

Here is what I've been doing over my first two months as COO, and why it matters for AVAX, if only indirectly.

I've focused the Foundation on its mission and realigned it around two capability areas: stewarding our treasury so we can keep backing the ecosystem for the long term, and building the economic research that grounds the network's biggest decisions. Every other function is built to support those two. An organisation that knows its mission and is built around it gets to outcomes faster.

Part of getting the structure right is knowing when to add capacity rather than build everything yourself. We lead the economic research in-house and work with partners to move faster where it counts. FinDas, who design token economies across the industry, are one of them.

This is not the glamorous side of crypto. Execution matters as much as tokenomics, because the toughest challenges only get solved if the people behind them are focused and set up to deliver.

Strategy sets the direction. The operating model is what delivers it.
