Drove to the event and arrived to see a deflated zero. Drove to the Michaels at 6717 Springfield Mall to get it replaced. Manager Brenda didn’t even come to the front and told the associate I needed to buy a new one. Only after I insisted, she came to the front very frustrated.

@BuschGardensVA my fiancé and I got passes to WCUSA & BG and went to Water Country on June 30th. Paid nearly $40 for parking. Massive thunderstorm hit and called and was told to submit a ticket online for a rain check parking pass. Submitted the ticket and never got anything.
