As a landlord I feel there’s nothing wrong with increasing rent on my tenants if general rent prices are increasing. I don’t care if you’re a single mother on minimum wage, it’s my house you’ll pay what I ask.

The one benefit I see to upping the price of fees like this would be that only the truly elite would be able to send their kids to private schools. At the moment you can find any Tom, Dick or Harry in school with my boys in the Rock.
