The Bakerloop is here.
A brand-new electric express bus service connecting communities from Waterloo to Lewisham.
Launching on Saturday 27 September, we’re offering one week of free travel on the Bakerloop so Londoners can see how it could transform their everyday journeys.
Today I hopped on the 337 in Battersea to celebrate London’s 2000th zero-emission bus.
This is the latest route to become fully electric. In addition to improved air quality and lower carbon emissions, Londoners benefit from quieter, smoother journeys.
Making good on the promise I made last year, @TfL’s consultation for the proposed new Bakerloop express bus service between Waterloo and Lewisham is now live.
