I contacted DROBO and they helped me find a FW update for the drive. Once I installed the updated firwmware, all my folders and files came back and it mounted properly. I've not had an issue since :) #drobodoesntsuck
I lost a HD last year and it really made me re-think storage. I bought a Drobo 5C to back up all my important files. Now it's on the blink and won't mount. Customer support has been worthless. WTH??? #drobosucks
