@airvistara one of the worst services in India. Doesn't inform customers about the change of flight timings and never the Web checkin portal works.
And, talking about the staff , they just ask us to listen what they say and never let us say our concerns.
Terrible service ever.
My friend is struck in London Heathrow Airport because Air India is not allowing him to board flight to kolkata due to missing covid cert, his father expired yesterday and it's emergency. Please help @MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar@PMOIndia
