After 76 years, the International Court of Justice in The Hague has described Israel's practices in the occupied Palestinian territories as apartheid.

Israel invoked the Hannibal Directive, killing Israeli citizens on Oct 7 rather than allow them to be taken hostage and exchanged for Palestinian hostages. That makes Israel directly implicated in what Raskin calls “the deadliest mass attack on Jews since the Holocaust.”

Israel has additional complicity in the fact that Oct 7 would never have happened had Israel not placed Gaza’s two million Palestinians in what amounts to the largest concentration camp since the Holocaust.
