Our young people are not the sole stakeholders in their futures. Education & service providers, local businesses, governments & other individuals & orgs all have a part to play in contributing to the social capital of communities #education#education_minister@DanTehanWannon
@drcbond Agreed. In the space I’m currently working we do supervision - a check in really. And my supervisor (who is awesome) asked whether the org should consider more culturally appropriate options....having him simply ask and reflect on his limitations as a wm in this space was huge!
@Gulwanyang This has been my concern and fear around post grad study from a research perspective for some time. As far as I am aware there are no contingencies in place to protect the ownership of our intellectual property - and therefore nothing stopping gubbas from taking our research.

A yarn with Allan Teale from UTS about his research around transparency from government and infrastructure. Deadly to hear where his research is at. @natsipa2018
@1petermartin listening to an interesting conversation about writing for the media. Wonderfully enlightening thoughts and suggestions from the #natsipa2018 conference
